Paul Piacentino is a Commercial Real Estate Broker at New Leaf. After starting in residential real estate in 2019 and transitioning to commercial in 2024, Paul has focused his career on helping business owners and investors buy, sell, and lease across industrial, flex, land, and retail. He came to real estate from a corporate background in insurance underwriting, giving him a grounding in risk, negotiation, and the details that make deals hold up. Paul represents his clients with honesty, focus, and hard work. He lives in Charlotte with his fiancée Lucy and dog Lola, spending his free time running, lifting, and cheering on the Knicks.
