Personal Experience

Deborah has 30+ years of experience in Sell Side/Buy Side M&A and Business Brokerage with privately held businesses and publicly traded companies. She developed a passion for working with business owners while working for Fortune 100 technology companies, where she led the strategic acquisition of many successful entrepreneurial companies. With a history of navigating  and negotiating complex transactions, Deborah can help you maximize the value of your business while managing a confidential, timely, and smooth business exit process. Industry experience includes, but not limited to: Healthcare, Medical, Ecommerce/Retail, Financial, Consumer, CRM, Electronics, Computers, Wireless Telecommunication.

Education

Deborah holds a Master’s in Engineering from the University of Virginia and a B.S. from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill where she currently participates as a Business Coach at the Kenan Flagler School of Business Center for Entrepreneurship. She is a Mentor for Innovate Charlotte and a member of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO). She also completed the Exit Planning Program at the Exit Planning Institute.

In her free time, Deborah enjoys sailing, discovering new restaurants, and spending time with friends and family.
