- Once the listing price is established, the appropriate listing agreement is executed by the client and broker.
- Upon execution of listing agreement, the NewLeaf brokerage team works diligently to create quality marketing materials for the client. Marketing services provided by NewLeaf May include professional drone photography, property measurements, financial analysis and more.
- Once marketing materials are prepared and approved, the listing will be marketed on a number of commercial listing platforms including Costar, Loopnet, SiteIndex, Crexi, and more. The listing broker will also broadcast listing to a number of networks of brokers, buyers, and tenants to provide maximum exposure of the listing.
- NewLeaf brokers will encourage offers from potential buyers and tenants, and assist with negotiating the best deal terms for the seller or landlord client.
- Upon acceptance of an offer, the NewLeaf agent will assist the client with preparing the sale or lease contract and intently advocate for the client until the transaction is closed.
