Morgan Hamer is the Broker in Charge and co-founder of NewLeaf Commercial Real Estate. Morgan epitomizes integrity, expertise, and hard work in every detail of her real estate transactions. Since the start of her brokerage career, she’s played a key role in closing over $50 million worth of sales and lease transactions, along with mentoring new agents, and developing creative marketing solutions for her clients.

Morgan has a Graduate Degree in Economic Geography from UNC Charlotte with a strong focus on demographic analysis, site selection, and retail location. As an avid researcher and long-time resident of Charlotte, she has a vast understanding of the region and its submarkets. Morgan has lived 20+ years in the area and she is passionate about using real estate brokerage as a means of serving the Charlotte community.
