Through the process of experience and learning, he believes that personal and professional growth leads to a stronger self, family, and community environment. With a competitive, yet compassionate side, he is always operating at 110%, with the big picture in mind. James pursues to partner with owners and buyers that have that same mentality.
James owns a local insulation company and has intimate knowledge of the process of owning and selling, as well as the dedication, persistence and patience it takes to cross the finish line.
In his spare time,when not brainstorming with his wife Liz on what project they are going to take on next, his other interests include dad jokes, playing with his pup, Rocket and golf.
